Threesteps
a. Introduction: This move is basically derived from the sixsteps. It has much more stlyes to apply rather than the sixsteps.
b. Difficulties: depends, the basic threesteps is an 1 out 10, but some stlyes of threestep has much more complicated component . the diffculties change through different stlyes.
c. Basic exercise: basic hand to the floor, legs swigging in certain steps.
d. How to do threesteps:
i. Follow the picture sequence below :-
