Guide - FloorPowermoves - Handspin
handspin
a. Introduction: a very very good beginners move, spin and burn. Try to outdo yourself and do multiple round handspin.
b. Difficulties: well, 4 of 10 for a 1 round spin, 10 of 10 for a 20 round no tap spin, I dare you to do it.
c. Basic exercise: hand pose.
d. How to do handspin
i. To practice this move, make sure the contact of your hand to the floor is smooth and your hand is able to spin freely. Your wristband or a piece of cloth will be a great help. Never practice this move on a rough surface as this will lead to wrist injury.
ii. Do the hand on stomach pose, swing your hips to gain momentum at startup. Tap with your free hand until you are at your maximum speed.

iii. Using your leg as a counter balance, let your body spin as many rotation as you can.

iv. How you end this move is entirely up to you, go to a pose or fall into a windmill.
